Upcoming Trip Plans
Wednesday, February 4th, 2009We are making our first camping plans for 2009. We are going to go to Falls Lake Recreation Area just north of Raleigh, NC. It has been a few years since we have been there and look forward to returning for a quick weekend getaway.
This time the four of us will be taking along some friends of the kids. Lucas will be bringing Colby and Aislin will have Megan along. Shirley and I can’t wait for the first campfire of the year and telling stories around the fire. Mmmmm… I can almost imagine sitting in the wrong spot as smoke gets in my eyes now 
This past weekend I went to The North Carolina Transportation Museum in Spencer, NC. I went with a photography club and we were allowed special access to some off-limits areas. In the upcoming week, I will post a few pictures that I took.
